Exclusively Available to Small Local Yarn Shops

Part of our mission is to support small, local yarn shops by providing unique yarn offerings. In keeping with this mission, we will not make our yarn available at WEBS, yarn.com, or other national sales platforms. Rest assured that Bobolink Yarn will be exclusively available to small, local yarn shops.

To preserve the integrity of the brand, the viability of Bobolink Yarn, and the wellbeing of affiliated yarn shops that stock our products, we require that you, the purchasing yarn shop, do not offer Bobolink Yarn for sale, resale, or trade on Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, or any online sales platform other than your own website or mailing list.  Violators will be barred from future yarn orders, no exceptions.  National sales platforms will be monitored regularly for the presence of our products. Bobolink Yarns reserves the right to all final decisions in determining which sales platforms violate these terms.  Please feel free to contact us with questions about this policy.  

Wholesale Prices for Yarn Shops Only

Our yarn at wholesale prices is only available for sale to brick-and-mortar yarn and fibercraft shops for resale.  We do not extend wholesale prices to individuals looking to purchase quantities of yarn for personal or group use. Indy dyers and yarn clubs may be eligible but may be asked to meet larger minimums.

Minimums

We do not require a minimum purchase at the time of sale. However, we encourage vendors to carry sufficient product to offer a selection to customers.

Colors

All of our dyed yarn is hand-dyed art yarn without dye lots.  Colors can be approximated but not replicated, so please order accordingly.  For large customer orders of one color, please contact Bobolink Yarns to special order.  We can attempt to replicate a successful colorway via special request, but we cannot guarantee that it will match with existing yarn.

Discounts

Wholesale yarn is offered at 50% of MSRP.

Lead-time

Please allow five business days for your order to be shipped to you.

Payment

All orders will be paid in full prior to shipment, including shipping charge.

International Shipping

We are not currently offering shipping outside of the United States of America.

Returns

Returns are accepted within one week of receipt of your order.  If the return is due to incorrect/damaged/defective product, shipping costs will be covered by us. Shipping for returns made for any other reason will be covered by the store that placed the order.

Pattern Support

We offer patterns that feature our yarn.  We offer our patterns through LYS sales on Ravelry and we offer knitted samples for display.  Contact us for assistance with patterns and samples.
